The Mourning Pages is a gentle, heart-centered gathering created to hold space for grief, remembrance, reflection, and healing.
 
Co-created by Story Weaver, Thought Curator & Journaling Guide Jenny Jimenez-Sullivan alongside Reiki Master Teacher & Vibrational Sound Therapist Teresa Bennett-Yates of Cloud 9 Retreats, this immersive experience weaves together guided journaling, meditation, and restorative sound healing to support emotional release and inner restoration.
 
Through reflective writing prompts and the soothing resonance of sound healing instruments, participants will be invited to honor grief in all its forms — whether connected to loss, transition, change, or the quiet ache of longing.
 
No writing experience is necessary. This experience is for anyone seeking a compassionate space to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

Reiki Sessions

Reiki helps to promote a sense of relaxation and overall well-being.  During your Reiki Session you will be lying on a massage table fully clothed, except for your shoes.  As the practitioner begins to work on you, you will feel a sense of peace beginning to wash over you.  Your mind will begin to quiet down as your physical body begins to relax.  In fact, Reiki is so relaxing that sometimes clients may fall asleep during the session.
